Ceiling fan installs are especially common toward the end of spring and early summer. The winter months however, also make good reason for ceilings, as they play a big role in distributing heat. The fans may spin in a reverse mode, pulling air up from the floor to the ceiling causing it to spread through out a designated area.
The installs of ceiling fans will depend on having access to power source, and may also depend on the location of the fan. While an install usually doesn’t require much work, it can possibly take a little more time then bargained for. Often times fans need to be replaced because of wear and tear. Having the proper fan box and mounting materials is necessary, as they heavy enough to eventually fall out of a ceiling. No one wants that.
